SALUTE TO UMBRIA!


Lago is one of a number of notable restaurants and retailers celebrating the region of Umbria in December.  We're presenting a special SALUTE TO UMBRIA menu from December 2 to 15 that makes use of the region's exceptional wines and products to offer unique dishes and wine pairings.. 

The event is organized by the Centro Agro Alimentare Regione Umbria, a special agency promoting the territory of the Region and its agricultural products, in collaboration with the Italy America Chamber of Commerce West, Inc. (I.A.C.C.W.) and the Italian Trade Commission.

Other L.A.-area restaurants participating are Ago, Caffe Roma, Drago, Enoteca Drago, Grace, Il Grano, La Botte, La Terza, Piccolo Ristorante, Sor Tino, Valentino and Wilson.
