Lago's menu highlights traditional recipes utilizing the best of Southern California’s seasonal produce from the Santa Monica's Farmers' Market in conjunction with sustainable, local proteins.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2016, the restaurant continues its longstanding tradition of offering diners a warm, welcoming environment, featuring specialties from Milan and the lake region of Lombardy, crafted by Chef Daniele Turchetti.

Lago is green certified and was the proud recipient of the Sustainable Quality Award’s Grand Prize in 2015, a top honor from the city recognizing the restaurant’s sustainable and green-practice dedication.
